Use our yey'easement module after you have created your own yey'maps project.
By doing so, you have a separate, distinct project for your encumbrances, saving you the trouble of searching through your geodata.
While the initial recording of your encumbrances may take some time, the benefits to your daily work routine are substantial.

RECORD NEW ENCUMBRANCE
When setting up the yey'easement module, the two layers "benefited areas" and "encumbered areas" are automatically created.
During the recording and processing of the encumbrance, these two areas can be linked together. Your original documents, such as index cards, encumbrance records, etc., can be attached as PDFs.
Encumbrances are created based on a parcel layer, e.g., ALKIS data. It is possible to create encumbrances for specific parts of a property, and multiple encumbrances on a property, such as a property that is both encumbered and benefited, can be recorded and displayed.
Changes due to parcel divisions or mergers are automatically detected by yey'baulast and the affected encumbrances are updated.

QUERY ENCUMBRANCES
Recorded encumbrances can be quickly and easily queried using our yey'easement module. Simply click on the desired area to immediately receive all information about the benefited and encumbered areas. By checking the boxes below the map, you can display either the benefited or the encumbered area, or, as shown in the example, both areas.
You can then access all detailed information using the "to encumbrance" button, view it on the map, or print it.

WORKING WITH ENCUMBRANCES IN DAILY LIFE
With our yey'easement module, you receive reliable information about all encumbrances within your municipality. You can access not only the current cadastral data but also additional layers within your yey'maps, such as orthophotos.
The representation of your encumbered and benefited areas is always editable and can be adjusted according to your preferences. Updating or recording new encumbrances is straightforward and quick due to the clear module design.
