FEATURES IN TREE INVENTORY

ALL TREES AT A GLANCE

In addition to the classic map view of trees, the table view provides an overview of all tree locations.

Various locations can be created to group trees, such as by districts or by properties (cemeteries, schools, kindergartens, districts, etc.).

The tree list can be searched globally across all attributes. Filtering by tree species, development phase, or street is also possible.

Filters are also available for evaluating the last inspection or planning the next one.

FINE-TUNED SETTINGS

yey'tree follows the FLL Guidelines. However, it is important for every tree inspector to be able to create or expand certain details, such as tree species, varieties, or growth forms.

This allows you to configure your tree catalog in the way that works best for you.

FOR USE IN THE OFFICE AND IN THE FIELD

yey'tree adapts to the size of your screen (responsive design). This means you have the exact same software available both on the large screen in the office and on a smartphone or tablet out in the field.

Note:

Even on mobile devices, yey'tree runs in the cloud and thus relies on a good internet connection. You should have 4G or better 5G available in the field to work effectively.

FAST, EFFICIENT TREE INSPECTIONS

Tree inspections in the field need to be carried out quickly and efficiently by the tree inspector.

Tediously navigating through a form with tab controls, selection fields, or checkboxes would waste unnecessary time.

In yey'tree, the relevant attributes are easily and quickly toggled on or off with a fingertip.

PREPARE A NEW INSPECTION ROUTE

Instead of painstakingly re-entering all inspections for a new route, you can simply copy the most recent inspections in bulk.

This way, you have the information from the last inspection readily available in the field and only need to adjust or confirm it by saving.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, each inspection must be explicitly marked as completed by the tree inspector. This prevents copied inspections from being accidentally left unprocessed in the current inspection route.
